Clan meeting (THUNDERCLAN)

[Goldy]

Goldenstar shook her fur, just approaching the camp entrance. Her fur was dusty and streaked as if she had been crawling in morning dew in the tall grasses only found in WindClan territory. She was alone but her large, moonlike blue eyes were bright and thoughtful, as if she had just been enlightened by something.

She veered off from camp and headed to a dip in a clearing that made great puddles, and sure enough, from the constant recent raining it was filled with clear, cool water. She gingerly waded into the water, sending up clouds of dirt she launched herself across the water. She reached the other side soaked, but clean. She smiled to herself at her own cleverness. Goldenstar was not one to enter camp muddy.

She then padded into camp her fur sleek with water, it almost gave her fur a dazzling look. She leaped flawlessly onto the highrock, her lithe muscles easily taking her to the top. She opened her eyes and called, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here! 'neath the highrock, for a clan meeting!"

Sunspot padded out of the warriors den when he heard the call. his black fur gleaming in the sun, while His ocean blue eyes gleamed with curiosity of what goldenstar had to say. He smiled as he sat down right in the front, his ears pricked with interest. His whiskers twitched with anticipation.

[Goldy]

"Clanmates, I have recently returned from the Moonstone and I have spoken with them. We all know of the stuggles we have faced as a Clan have not only weakened us, but the other clans. So I think I stand for all of us when I say, we must not let ThunderClan be weakened even more!

StarClan have told me that the only way to become stronger is to become larger, more paws equals more strength, more food and more chance of survival. My friends, StarClan has told me that we must let outsiders in, new paws, new sights, never before have the clans let in loners or, may I say it, Kitty-pets into our homes. But tough times call for tough decisions.

StarClan has told me that these new cats can be loyal, so I have decided, that I will send out patrols to seek out worthy cats to come, learn our ways, and help us throughout this dark time."

Goldenstar finished her speech my sitting down and wrapping her tail around her paws, waiting for the protests.

[Sunspot]

sunspot felt as if he couldn't protest, even though before he felt like it was against the warrior code. his tail twitched as he mewed an approval of this idea. Then he smiled looking up at her.. meeting her eyes. When this happened he felt his heart beat faster, and he was unsure of what this meant.

Goldenstar smiled softly, not thinking anything of the eye contact she smiled and dismissed the clan. "I will lead the first patrol to the barn around the Moonstone sometime this moon." she then gracefully bounded off the highrock with agility and entered her den below the rock, the green leaf vines that curtained the entrance brushed her back as she entered. There was a fresh mouse waiting for her in her den that an apprentice must have left for her that morning. She shook her fur, drying it of the excess water and began to lick herself dry before she was to settle down and eat her meal.

he goes over to her, smiling as he mews, h..hello goldenstar."
He feels like he knows why his hearts beating fast. he knows he loves goldenstar. or so he thinks,as another shecat catches his eye and he know he was wrong about his feelings for Goldenstar.

[Goldy]

"Oh, Hello Sunspot!" she said, her eyes meeting his again, but unlike him she did not feel a spark. "Can I help you? I've had a long day and I'd really like to get some rest, But if I can help you I'd really like to!" She smiled and flicked her tail swiftly, inviting him to sit down.

[Sunspot]

"I...I'll ask you later, you should rest and i.. i have to talk to bluewillow." he mews nervously, and goes over to her.
He smiles his whiskers twitch when he reaches bluewillow. "Hey bluewillow"
he, for some reason feels the spark again.

[Goldy]

Goldenstar looked surprised, she shrugged and dug into her mouse. The taste filled her and she couldn't help but think that Sunspot wanted to say something important.

Bluewillow smiled, her eyes bright like Goldenstar's she smiled fondly at Sunspot. She had liked him for a while, but she had just passed it of a kitten crush, but her flirtatious self permitted her to blink to make her eyes glow even more. Goldenstar was her mother but they had none of the same fur pattern's, and she didn't share any of Firefur's either, but she had learned later that Goldenstar's linage was one of strangeness. Goldenstar's parents, Moonbeam and Greyheart, were not Golden like Goldenstar either, Moonbeam was a creamy white and Greyheart was grey and white, but what did run in the family was the female's glistening, moonlike, blue eyes that were said to transfix males like no other.

"I...I was wondering..if" He mewed nervously digging his claws slightly into the ground and his tail twitching, "you'd be my mate."
he looks down nervously, he knew where his true feelings lied now, and his heart belongs to Bluewillow not goldenstar.
He was really nervous of what she'd say though and was scared that she would reject him/

"I'd LOVE to be your mate!" she smiled, her blue eyes glowing brighter than the moon. She smiled and nuzzled him on the cheek. It just felt right to her.
